Cancellation Policy

govindjewellers.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched/shipped at our end.
There will not be any cancellations if the order has been dispatched/shipped.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the govindjewellers.com marketing team has obtained for special Festival occasions. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
